Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs process.  In case an order is returned to seller due to unpaid VAT which causes the package not to be delivered, the buyer will be charge a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping fee will not be refunded.
