** Please contact us for our return shipping address prior to mailing. 

If you received damage items, please message us within 48 hours from delivery time.

In other cases;

1. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.  We will provide you the return shipping address.
2. Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.  For orders shipped with free shipping offers, $8 will be deducted for the original shipping cost.

Returns are subject to our return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased with free gift(s) offer, all items must be returned together to get a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Clearance items are not eligible for refund.
